Aspiring novelist, cuddle-slut,

Since my dreams of becoming a marine biologist fell through, I latched on to my other talent to drag me up life's ladder: writing. I want to write science fiction and make a living do so. Unfortunately, my drive to write is hampered by my current circumstances and I've done very little writing for the last few years. On the physical side, I'm an overweight white male with severe geeky tendencies. On the mental side, I'm smarter than your average bear but fall short in the practical-smarts department.
