I write mostly poetry and personal memoir essays. I sometimes read my work at a small theatre in the Detroit area, sometimes with musical accompaniment. I have also written film reviews, editorials, and news stories for local papers. I love the challenge of channeling the ineffable into the linguistic mold. I love the constant quest for the perfect, flawless word.
